Lacrosse Restrings offers the following Returns Policy:
Stringing: Every new pocket is tested before being shipped out so if you are not satisfied with the final product or the pocket is not functioning proper contact us as soon as possible. We do encourage you to go out have a catch or hitting the wall before testing out your brand new pocket in a game, though keepthe pocket clean for game day.

Products: Be sure when checking out that your order is correct. For returns we do not mind having to deal with the process and restock the item(s) but at the same time we do not want to charge a 15% restocking fee to our customers. If you happen to be sending back any items a proof of purchase is required for all returns and all products are to be returned in new condition (especially for materials used for stringing).
